Tanya Craig has been involved in the real estate community since 1995 and recently joined Zermatt Properties, LLC, a real estate brokerage company, as its managing broker. She is responsible for the day to day management of Zermatt Properties, LLC, as well as project manager for several commercial, residential, industrial and vacant land projects in the West Michigan area.
A West Michigan native, Tanya brings experience and knowledge of the regional area, as well as specializing in the true customer service aspect – of working WITH clients, not just for them. Tanya has compiled a diverse network of satisfied clients by combining a high level of professional service with a strong work ethic.
She brings with her real estate experience a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and Management from Grand Valley State University; as well as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has also managed real estate teams working towards the goals of their clients.
These critical business skills, coupled with Tanya’s strong market knowledge and diverse, local industry experience, provide an ideal foundation for assisting Zermatt Properties' clients in analyzing their long-term business strategy and productivity goals, then leveraging a precise plan for success.

Melannie Englert...
Melannie Englert is a west Michigan native, as she is a lifelong resident of Grand Haven, Michigan. Melannie graduated from Muskegon Community College in 1992 with an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences. Prior to joining Zermatt Properties, Melannie enjoyed a successful 16-year career as an administrative and legal assistant for civil law and real estate attorneys in Grand Haven.
In an effort to expand her knowledge and interest in the real estate field, Melannie recently completed the State required 40 clock hours of coursework and passed the State exam, earning her a sales licensee designation. Melannie is currently working on her CPM certification.
Melannie resides in Grand Haven with her husband and son. In her spare time, Melannie enjoys camping, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
